Article 2: Credit Note Policy
Section 2.1 – Issuance Criteria:
Credit Notes are issued solely at the discretion of Web Care House Pvt Ltd for specific situations such as order adjustments, overpayments, project revisions, or goodwill resolutions. They are not guaranteed and will only be issued upon official approval from the company’s authorized representatives.
Section 2.2 – Non-Refundable Nature:
All issued Credit Notes are strictly non-refundable. Under no circumstances shall a Credit Note be converted to cash, direct bank transfer, or equivalent financial reimbursement.
Section 2.3 – Validity and Expiry:
Credit Notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. Any unused balance beyond this validity period will automatically expire, and no extensions will be granted.
Section 2.4 – Non-Applicability to Third-Party Services:
Credit Notes cannot be used to pay for or offset the cost of third-party services or products, including but not limited to:
- Domain registration or renewals
- Hosting services from external providers
- Licensed software purchases
- Third-party integrations or APIs
- Paid plugins or themes
- External marketing or advertising spend
Expenses made on behalf of the client to third-party vendors are strictly non-refundable and non-adjustable against any Credit Note.
Section 2.5 – One-Time Use Per Client Account:
Each Credit Note is uniquely issued and can only be used once per the associated client account. It cannot be shared, sold, transferred, or assigned to another individual or company.
Section 2.6 – Minimum Use Threshold:
Credit Notes may only be redeemed on projects or services that meet or exceed 30% of the credit note’s face value. Any attempt to apply credit on minor services below the threshold will be rejected.
Section 2.7 – Cancellation of Credit Note:
Web Care House Pvt Ltd reserves the right to revoke or cancel a Credit Note at any time if:
- Misuse or fraudulent behavior is suspected
- There is a breach of contractual obligations
- False or misleading information was provided during the issuance process
Section 2.8 – Priority of Application:
When multiple payment methods are involved, Credit Notes will be applied last, only after the use of any applicable discounts, promotions, or existing account credits.
If a client has unintentionally paid more than the agreed project cost or invoice amount, Web Care House Pvt Ltd will issue a refund of the excess amount. The refund will be processed within 10–45 business days via the original payment method or can be collected in cash from our office upon request and verification.
Section 2.9 – Legal and Binding Agreement:
Acceptance and usage of a Credit Note constitutes a binding agreement between the client and Web Care House Pvt Ltd. Disputes regarding credit application must first be resolved through our support department. If unresolved, the matter will be escalated to the company’s legal division.
Section 2.10 – Amendments to Policy:
Web Care House Pvt Ltd reserves the right to amend or terminate this Credit Note Policy at any time without prior notice. Revised policies will apply to all newly issued Credit Notes and future redemptions.
