Article 3: LLC & LTD Services Policies  

Section 3.1 – Non-Refundable LLC & LTD Services:

All LLC & LTD registration and associated services are non-refundable once initiated (In Any Condition).

Section 3.2 – Responsibility Disclaimer:

Web Care House is not liable for any financial or operational losses incurred by businesses using LLC & LTD services.

Section 3.3 – Fraudulent Activity:

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud. Any detected fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of the LLC & LTD without notice, and no refunds will be issued.

Section 3.4 – Compliance and Ethical Standards:

All LLC & LTD services are conducted in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Any violation will result in service termination.

Section 3.5 – Documentation and Acceptance:

After successful LLC & LTD registration, customers will receive all relevant documentation. Review and acceptance must occur within 2-4 days.

Section 3.6 – Limitation of Liability:

Web Care House’s liability for LLC & LTD services is limited to the amount paid by the customer, excluding indirect or consequential damages.

Section 3.7 – Issue With Accounts(Suspend,Blocked,Not-Approved,Payment Hold) :

Web Care House Pvt Ltd shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, revenue impact, or service interruption arising from the suspension, blocking, non-approval, limitation, or payment hold placed on any account by third-party platforms, service providers, financial institutions, or regulatory authorities.

Section 3.8 – Dispute Resolution:

Disputes should be addressed through direct communication with our support team. If unresolved, they may be escalated to the legal department.
