Payments & Invoice Overdue Policy

  • If a client wishes to have the duplicate payment refunded, they must submit a formal request to our support team.
  • Upon receiving the request, our team will verify the payment details and confirm the duplication.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days after verification. In rare cases, additional delays may occur due to banking processes, which will be communicated to the client promptly.
