1. Purpose

This policy establishes guidelines for handling unidentified or unjustified funds received in the official accounts of Web Care House (PVT) LTD. It ensures financial transparency and prevents any unauthorized transactions that may impact the company’s financial integrity.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all individuals, businesses, and third parties who send funds to the official bank accounts of Web Care House (PVT) LTD, including payments made through third-party banking channels.

3. Policy Guidelines

3.1 Unidentified Funds

Any funds received in the bank accounts of Web Care House (PVT) LTD without a clear sender identity or proper justification will be considered as the company’s property.

The sender must provide sufficient evidence, including invoices, payment receipts, or any other official documentation, to justify the transaction within seven (7) business days of the transaction date.

If the sender fails to provide adequate proof within the stipulated time, Web Care House (PVT) LTD reserves the right to consider the funds as company revenue.

3.2 Funds from Third-Party Accounts

If an individual or entity sends funds through a third-party bank account (i.e., a bank account not directly registered in their name), the transaction must be justified with valid proof of the source and reason for the payment.

In cases where the sender cannot verify the legitimacy of such a transaction within seven (7) business days, the funds will be 100% considered as the property of Web Care House (PVT) LTD.

3.3 Refund and Claim Process

If a sender later provides valid proof for a transaction after the seven (7) business days window, Web Care House (PVT) LTD may review the claim at its sole discretion.

Refund requests must be formally submitted in writing, along with supporting documentation, and will be processed based on internal company policies.

Any legal or administrative costs incurred for verification and refund processing may be deducted from the refunded amount.

4. Legal Compliance

Web Care House (PVT) LTD reserves the right to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant financial authorities in compliance with Pakistan’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and banking regulations.

The company will fully cooperate with financial institutions and regulatory bodies in case of any legal inquiries regarding unidentified funds.

5. Enforcement

This policy is strictly enforced, and no exceptions will be made without prior approval from the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or the CEO of Web Care House (PVT) LTD.

Employees handling financial transactions must ensure all incoming funds are properly documented and justified before processing them.

6. Amendments

Web Care House (PVT) LTD reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.
